There is a solar energy experiment showing that black is a better collector of solar energy than white. Before the experiment, you have to prepare two tin cans, black and white paint, and room thermometer. First of all, paint the cans-one black, one white. Then, fill the cans with water. After that, put the cans in direct sunlight. About three hours later, check the temperature of the water in the cans and compare. You will see the temperature of the water in the black can is higher. After this experiment, you can know that black is a collector of solar energy than white.

Explaining a Process-1

It is easy to pot a plant if you follow the right procedure. First of all, you have to cover bottom of pot with small stones. Besides, put two inches of soil on top of rocks, and then make a hole in center of soil. After that, you drop plant into soil. Next, add soil until it almost teaches top of pot. Afterwards, remember to press soil down with thumbs. Last but not the least, you must water plant every day lest it should die. According to above procedure, it is so easy that you can pot a plant successfully.

A disappointing trip-revised

About five years ago, my family planned to go out to play on Chinese New Year. After discussing, we decided to go to Hualien Ocean Park. When Chinese New Year was coming, we were excited to go out. On the way to the amusement park, there was a traffic jam; therefore, we spent about five hours arriving there. Before long, we bought expensive tickets and went into the amusement park. To our astonishment, there was a large crowd and we were nearly unable to move. Hence, we took the cable car first. A few minutes later, we got to the top of the amusement park; my brother and I decided to take the roller coaster. However, the procession was so long that we gave up. Furthermore, there were as many people as the roller coaster at other facilities. Eventually, we only took a walk in the amusement without playing anything. When we returned home, we regretted going there and felt disappointed. After this trip, we didn’t go to the amusement park on Chinese New Year any longer.

 I once lived in Taipei, and worked as a volunteer in a hospital. It really felt good to get the opportunities to help people. One morning an elderly woman who always looked ruthless in the hospital took a walk in the park. At that moment, I attempted to talk to her, but she pretended that she didn't notice me. Thus, I was very depressed. I really wanted to make friends with her and knew why she always looked unhappy. From then on, I visited her about three times a week. She began to talk to me gradually, but didn't talk a lot. Eventually, I realized why she often looked unhappy. The woman didn't have any family and got cancer. Therefore, she felt very lonely. After knowing her condition, I decided to visited her every day and take care of her in her last life. After this event, I grasped that helping people makes not only me but also other people feel happy.
