We have to wear uniforms when we go to school to study. However, this rule causes many students arguments. Some students agree with wearing uniforms, but others don’t. In my opinion, I am in favor of wearing uniforms. First, we don’t have to trouble what we should wear tomorrow. It helps us save a lot of time to think about that. Second, when we wear uniforms, we would pay attention to our behaviors. If we do bad things, the passengers can recognize the school which we study and inform our school. Finally, a guard in the school can know easily if there is a stranger going into the school. Therefore, it can reduce risks when we are in the school. Although some students insist that wearing uniforms is uncomfortable and wastes money, I think wearing uniforms can reduce troubles and saves more money to buy other clothes. It is for all the above-mentioned reasons that I believe wearing uniforms is the best choice for us.

Using the death penalty as a form of criminal punishment brings a lot of different opinions. Despite the fact that the death penalty is cruel, I feel this punishment is necessary. I am on the same page as those who support the death penalty. For example, if we repeal the death penalty, the criminal rate may increase. Because they don’t worry that they will die and they can eat free meals in prison. In addition, using the death penalty can warn those who will commit the crime. When they intend to kill person, maybe they are afraid of death and give up this plan. Most importantly, those murderers take people’s life and don’t have any regret. In contrast, we have rights to take his life to avoid him to murder more people. Taking into account all of these points, it should be clear that using the death penalty certainly exists.

John Adams and Thomas Jefferson were contemporary Americans. Although they didn't have relationship, they had some common points. For example, John Adams played an important role in  American Revolution, and so did Thomas Jefferson. Both John Adams and Thomas were delegates to the Continental Congress. They were also signers of Declaration of Independence. In addition, John Adams studied and practiced law. Likewise, Thomas Jefferson studied and practiced law. Also, they had been elected to be the Presidents of United States. Finally, I feel that it was a pity they were not born on the same day.

There are two driver's licenses. One is Stephanie Brooks's, and the other is Ann Friedman's. To my surprise, they have many common points, except for their names. First, Stephanie Brooks's eye color is as brown as Ann Friedman's. Second, both Stephanie Brooks's and Ann Friedman's hair are black. Third, Stephanie Brook is the same height as Ann Friedman. Finally, Stephanie was born on July thirty-first, seventy. Similarly, Ann Friedman was born on July thirty-first, seventy. It is very difficult to meet this condition at once in the world.

I want to hire a new English instructor. Now, I receive two resumes from Lynn Whitnall and Debra Fines. After studying their resumes, I decide to hire Debra. First, Debra has more education than Lynn. Debra had studied in three universities, but Lynn had only one. Second, Debra has five different employments; however, Lynn has only three different employments. Third, Lynn can speak Spanish, French, and Japanese. Unlike Lynn, Debra can only speak French. Although Lynn can speak more languages than Debra, I am emphasis on English. Last, Debra published a book about English verb tense. On the other hand, Lynn received Excellent in Teaching Award, 2004. Though both of them are outstanding, Debra is suitable for my requirement. Therefore, I choose Debra.

I am looking for an apartment. Now, there are two apartments. One is Fairfax Apartment, and the other is CAMPUS APTS; therefore, I am troubled which apartments I should choose. After comparing to them, I decide to rent CAMPUS APTS. For example, Fairfax has two large bedrooms. However, CAMPUS only has one bedroom. Fairfax doesn’t allow to raise pets. In contrast, CAMPUS allows pets. In addition, Fairfax has furnishings, but CAMPUS doesn’t. Finally, the rent of Fairfax is more expensive then that of CAMPUS. Because only I live in, the apartment isn’t too luxurious. Consequently, I choose CAMPUS.

I enjoy playing basketball and volleyball. When it is a PE class, I often play one of them. After thinking their common points, I found both basketball and volleyball need teamwork. Therefore, when I play one of them, I can promote the relation between my friends. Moreover, playing basketball has to divide into two groups. Similarly, playing volleyball has to divide into two groups. In addition, if I don’t warm up, it is easy for me to cause sports injury. Regardless of basketball or volleyball, playing both of them are benefit to me.

Giving Reasons - revised

I like to eat a lot of food, especially chocolate. First of all, chocolate is cheap and smells good. Sure enough, it tastes sweet and delicious. Second, eating chocolate makes me happy. Hence, when I feel unhappy or furious, I usually buy chocolate and eat it. Third, according to the research, eating chocolate may also make us smarter because chocolate contains several stimulation that increase mental alertness. Eventually, I heard that people eating more cocoa have lower blood pressure than others. Consequently, it is beneficial for me to eat moderate amounts of chocolate. Due to these reasons, I like chocolate very much.
