Expressing an Opinion - 1

Using the death penalty as a form of criminal punishment brings a lot of different opinions. Despite the fact that the death penalty is cruel, I feel this punishment is necessary. I am on the same page as those who support the death penalty. For example, if we repeal the death penalty, the criminal rate may increase. Because they don’t worry that they will die and they can eat free meals in prison. In addition, using the death penalty can warn those who will commit the crime. When they intend to kill person, maybe they are afraid of death and give up this plan. Most importantly, those murderers take people’s life and don’t have any regret. In contrast, we have rights to take his life to avoid him to murder more people. Taking into account all of these points, it should be clear that using the death penalty certainly exists.
