I want to hire a new English instructor. Now, I receive two resumes from Lynn Whitnall and Debra Fines. After studying their resumes, I decide to hire Debra. First, Debra has more education than Lynn. Debra had studied in three universities, but Lynn had only one. Second, Debra has five different employments; however, Lynn has only three different employments. Third, Lynn can speak Spanish, French, and Japanese. Unlike Lynn, Debra can only speak French. Although Lynn can speak more languages than Debra, I put emphasis on English. Last, Debra published a book about English verb tense. On the other hand, Lynn received Excellence in Teaching Award, 2004. Though both of them are outstanding, Debra is suitable for my requirement. Therefore, I choose Debra.
